FoodSafety Plus brings a broad range of experience and expertise to help you
with your food safety issues. We can assess your food safety procedures or help you
develop and write them.
$65 per hour
Audits assess food safety risks as well as your compliance with health
department regulations. Individualized training is provided at the time of the
audit and a written report detailing the findings follows.
Audits range from $125 to $800 depending on the size and complexity of
the operation.
Employee Food Safety Training
We offer on-site training on a variety of topics that can be tailored to your operation
and your employees.
1 hour class - $125 for 12 employees or fewer, $8 for each additional employee.
2 hour class - $225 for 12 employees of fewer, $8 for each addtional employee.
Foodsafety Plus can help you write a HACCP plan, verify your existing plan, rewrite your
recipes to include critical control points, or help you incorporate HACCP principles into
your operation.
